The unprocessed food challenge… how would you stack up?

A weight loss support group I’m a part of just suggested a “unprocessed whole food challenge”, where you go a whole month without buying canned, processed, altered foods.  Ground beef is okay, but you must shred your own cheese.  Things like crackers would be out (well, they are out for low-carbers anyway, but they’d be out for S.A.D. folks too).

I was looking at that going “wow, that’s awesome!”, but then I thought… I already do that!  The only thing that I’d miss would be my beloved garlic paste.  The rest of the stuff, I’m already buying whole vegetables, whole meat, I’ve got no problem shredding cheese, I buy whole eggs, I buy unprocessed dairy… who knew that I’ve been doing a “challenge” this whole time?

How do you think your friends would hold up to doing LCHF for a whole month?
