If you can’t cook and you are doing LCHF, you are gonna get boooored. Even if you can cook, if you don’t push yourself to try new recipes you will get bored. And, you don’t have things like hamburger helper and pasta and rice to back your cooking up. Your meat needs to shine all by itself. (So should your veggies, but that’s another post.)
Besides cooking the meat correctly in the first place, a great way to make your meat shine is with a great sauce. I don’t mean a prebottled marinade. That crap is loaded with preservatives, sugar, and junk that you don’t need. You can make your own sauce with relative ease, using the burnt on junk left on your pan.
